Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

During high-volume periods, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotions or special offers.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes.
Clotheism reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders to prevent misuse.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment status.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

Clotheism is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at brandclotheism@gmail.com, and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Clotheism is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details

  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

Any re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brandclotheism@gmail.com.

📹 Unboxing video is mandatory
A clear, continuous video showing the sealed package, unboxing process, and product received is required to process such claims. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
